We're finally done with all of the inspections, and I've never felt more relieved in my life. The space has been entirely transformed from a dusty, worn-down former Subway to a pretty awesome, modern boba shop, if I do say so myself!
I feel incredibly proud of this place. It's been a work in progress for a long time, and there's so much potential to grow, create and be inspired. We're finishing up our recipe testing in the next couple days and moving into staff training over the next few weeks before our Soft Opening at the end of the month.
