How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Accepted Answer

6 hours minimum from order to pick-up please! Same-day cutoff is 10am for afternoon matches, 2pm for evening matches. We recommend ordering the night before to lock in your pick-up time and make sure everything goes smoothly.

How big is a 5L jug really?

Accepted Answer

A 5L jug comfortably pours ~20 12oz servings with ice. For a watch party with 10–15 attendees, one jug is usually plenty if you're also serving water or other drinks. For 20+, go with the Squad Pack.

Question 3

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's available through our third party delivery partners (ChowNow, UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub). Delivery fees on third-party platforms may differ from direct ordering. If you're outside the radius and have a big group, reach out and we'll see what we can do!

Question 4

Why are toppings like boba sold separately?

Accepted Answer

Toppings like our brown sugar boba are best when consumed within 30 minutes. By packaging toppings separately in sealed containers with their own scoops, they stay fresh and your guests can also add as much (or as little) as they want.

Can I mix flavors in one jug?

Accepted Answer

One flavor per jug, that's how the pitchers brew. If you want variety, the Squad Pack (2 flavors) and Watch Party Pack (3 flavors) are designed for exactly that.

Can I order for non-World Cup events?

Accepted Answer

Our regular 5L Pour-Tea Pitchers are available year-round through our catering page. The Watch Packs (with their convenient bundle pricing) are World Cup-only aka June 11 through July 19, 2026.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Please reach out at least 6 hours before your pick-up time and we'll work with you. Inside the 6-hour window, your order is already in production so we can't issue refunds, unfortunately. But we can usually shift the pick-up time if your plans change.

Do you do bigger orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for groups over 60 (think office viewings, neighborhood block parties, soccer club gatherings), check out our Rebel Boba Bar or Premium Matcha Bar for alternative full-service options!
